IP Prosecution - Domestic and International Applications

Park translates patents for both domestic- and international-stage filings. Park has the capacity to handle individual patents ranging from three pages to large filings in excess of five-hundred pages that need to be filed in multiple countries.

In addition to providing accurate translations, Park understands that foreign associates/agents require that patents be formatted in a precise fashion specific to their countries' patent regulations. Additionally, Park is well aware of the urgency to deliver these translations on time or ahead of schedule. Park understands that foreign Patent Office deadlines are rigid. Park assists foreign associates by delivering these translations on time and formatted appropriately. Park also makes these translations easily available to our clients' foreign associates through our secure FTP site. In doing so, Park facilitates the international stage filing process for both its clients and their foreign associates.

Park enables its clients to have effective control over the translation process and international filings. Moreover, in contrast to foreign associates who generally charge unreasonable and often unspecified fees, Park offers reasonable translators' rates while still maintaining the highest level of technical and linguistic accuracy.

Certification: Park appreciates the importance of having flawless translations, particularly when filing a sensitive patent. As such, Park stands firmly behind its translations and will provide certifications of accuracy upon request. The certification will attest to the translator's language skills and/or field of expertise. Park's certified translations have been accepted by patent offices around the world. Certifications are provided at no additional cost to our clients.
